All retreat commissions, venue curations, and advisory engagements with Retreat Matrix are governed by the terms set forth below.
1. Scope of Services
Retreat Matrix provides end-to-end experience architecture, bespoke venue curation, facilitation structuring, and concierge coordination for corporate leadership teams, organizational summits, and private personal milestones throughout India and select international destinations.
2. Advisory & Commissioning Process
Engagements commence upon completion of our preliminary discovery consultation and mutual execution of a formal Service Agreement and Statement of Work (SOW). All custom itineraries, facilitator alignments, and private bookings are executed exclusively pursuant to signed terms.
3. Intellectual Property
All proprietary frameworks, methodology documents, and editorial monographs published on this website—including the Deliberate Experience Architecture framework—are the exclusive intellectual property of Retreat Matrix.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Modifications
Given the private, highly customized nature of our sanctuary reservations and vendor commitments:
- Cancellation and rescheduling protocols are defined within each client’s specific Service Agreement.
- Non-refundable deposits secure sanctuary exclusivity and reserved logistics blocks.
- Force majeure events will be addressed through mutual good-faith rescheduling wherever feasible.
5. Limitation of Liability
While Retreat Matrix exercises meticulous due diligence in auditing all partnered properties and service providers, our aggregate liability arising out of any engagement shall not exceed the professional advisory fees paid to Retreat Matrix for that specific commission.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and all contractual agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
